What does MedClava mean?

The word "med" is pretty self explanatory as any substance or supplement that can be used to support healing, remedy or treat a condition that the user feels they need. "Clava" is latin for the word "Club" which is how we view our customers, as club members. 

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol, abbreviated as CBD is one of over 100 cannabinoids found in cannabis. 

Will MedClava CBD get me high?

No. They will not get you high. CBD is non-psychoactive and our products contain zero THC.

I'm from a state where it's illegal to use marijuana, can I still buy CBD?


Do your products have THC in them?

Some of our products are broad spectrum and THC FREE. Other products are full spectrum containing less than 0.3% THC. We aim to provide options for our members. The products containing THC however are in full compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

Are your products organic?

Yes. All MedClava CBD products are organic. At the time of this writing we are awaiting official approval for our USDA Certified Organic designation and we believe it will be awarded to us at any moment.  

Where do you source your CBD product?

We source our CBD product from a 4th generation USDA Certified Organic Farm. We then extract the certified organic hemp using C02 to avoid any harsh solvents. Lastly we blend and formulate the product with USDA certified organic ingredients to give you the highest quality CBD Products.

What kind of tests do you run on your products?

All our products are 3rd party tested at a state accredited & ISO certified laboratory at every level of the process to ensure compliance and potency. We test before and after harvesting the hemp, before and after each stage of the extraction process and finally before and after the final blending and formulation into the finished goods.

How can your price be so low?

We sell to the public at wholesale pricing, guaranteeing the lowest priced CBD on the market because we are not trying to maximize the profit per product sold to our customers, rather we use an affordable membership model. The annual membership helps fund the operations of the business while we pass on the savings to you.

How does club membership work?

Since our goal is to maximize the cost savings for our customers (members) we charge an affordable annual membership fee which helps pay for the operations, employees and fixed costs. After enrolling in the club you receive a private login to our members only store which allows you to purchase your products at wholesale prices, saving hundreds or thousands of dollars each year.

How much product can I purchase at once?

In order to keep our stock of products going to members instead of businesses looking to re-sell our product for a profit, we do include a reasonable limit of products ordered per customer. If you own a business and are looking to do a true wholesale/resale order, please contact us directly.

Can I buy and resell your product for a profit?

Although we cannot stop people from buying and reselling our product for a profit, that's not why MedClava was formed. If you're interested in an easier way to profit from promoting MedClava's membership, please visit our Affiliate registration page here.

How do I cancel my subscription if I'm not happy?

Simply email customer service at support@medclava.com or login to your members account and navigate to the billing section where you can cancel with no questions asked.

What is your refund policy for Membership?

You may cancel your annual subscription at any time throughout the year before your next rebill if you decide you no longer wish to be a member. And if you use the membership, receive your free gift and decide you do not like the gift, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund of both product and membership fee.

What is your return policy for any CBD products?

All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product. If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 30 days of the product received date. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
