A. Return Policy for Annual Membership:
When you purchase the MedClava Membership, you have 30 full days to buy and try it out, purchase products and decide if you’d like to remain a member for the full year. If you are unsatisfied with your membership, you can cancel within 30 calendar days from your purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. To cancel your subscription, you can simply login to your account and cancel it yourself or email support@medclava.com.
If you received a free gift premium with your membership, we do require you to send the gift back to us unopened in order to receive your full refund. If the free gift is retuned opened and/or used, we will deduct the price of the gift from your refunded membership amount. an $60 value.
B. Return Policy for Products
We’re so sure that you’ll love MedClava products that we’re giving it our unconditional 60-day Money-Back Guarantee. We want you to have plenty of time to experience and benefits of CBD products so you can discover for yourself how great it will make you feel.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we ask that you check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for the damaged product(s) must be made within 72hrs of delivery by writing to support@MedClava.com. You will need to provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that timeframe.
However, If you’re not happy with your results, simply notify us up to two full months (after the purchase date) and we’ll make arrangements for you to receive a 100% refund (less shipping, if applicable). No questions asked. No annoying hoops to jump through.
